With retail and corporate banking experience of four markets in Pakistan i.e. Lahore , Sialkot , Peshawar and
Karachi at UBL , ANZ Grindlays / SCB respectively and lately as a Group Head of Operations for 7 years and now
being Chief Compliance Officer (SEVP) at Faysal bank , I have learnt and explored different possibilities to create,
implement and administrate Bank’s policies and different regulatory instructions including AML / CFT, Corporate
and Commercial etc. which are required to mitigate risks emerging from regulatory and internal control
weaknesses. My expertise lies in ensuring corporate awareness, understanding, and compliance with all pertinent
laws and regulations. From developing and implementing key policies and ensuring operational effectiveness to
facilitate regulatory inspections and overseeing high performing teams, my experience has prepared me to excel
in any key role.
